She got essences that fits a sword like repeatable slash. Wont work with a shield, they have to rebuild her from scratch. Its only Amelia that makes a bit more sense, aura works on spears too
The spear goes to Armin or the sailor, or maybe someone from the assistant parties… it won't go to any of the main characters on Bjorn's party, not Misha nor Amelia or aynar no one particularly prominent is getting the spear now, unless author makes Bjorn subvert expectations and keep it for him self…
