I wonder if the map also contains symbols and a lexicon that tells them where certain special things are, then for example, if theres a marking where the portal monument on giant island was, that could then allow them to potentially find other marked portal monuments, and this, potentially a way out. if this map doesnt have any symbols and is purely just geographical, thats still useful, cause it will allow them to figure out where all the islands are, including ones they havent found yet. Also, if its the whole basement, whats at the edge?? this is an ocean, is there just more ocean? is there a wall? a drop off? whats beyond the edge of this map, and if there is something beyond the map edge, what does it count as? if theres stuff there, is it possible that this isnt just a isolated space? could the basement exist in a larger, real space thats beyond the normal confines of the labyrinth? or if not, is there just an invisible wall or something else that blocks passage to the outer areas? If i remember right, Bjorn mentioned that the Sanctuaries for the various races are technically positioned outside the city walls, and the barbarian one has no outer wall, just forests, but that they cant go beyond a certain point. Could there be a similar invisible force wall used in the labyrinth as used to contain the various lands of the Races in Raphdonia. And if it IS the same, Why is it the same. Could the creators of Raphdonia have been the ones to also create the Labyrinth? It was said they discovered the labyrinth and used it for raphdonia, not that the labyrinth was made by the creators of Raphdonia. until they get to the edge of the map, we cant really know anything for certain though. Tbh, i also get the feeling that we wont get to visit the edge this arc. Its not exactly a potential high priority in any way, unless theres something we dont know about at the edge yet. Maybe Bjorn will take the time to visit the more seemingly meaningless spots next time he comes down here, gotta focus on getting out first.

Honestly a bit disappointing. A map of the floor is huge and the story of the siblings is probably gonna help to progress the story a lot but I would have liked to get more now and not for later. I do rlly enjoy the basement floor ark so far but I do hope we can escape that floor rather soon.
10 mimics? That is an insane haul, did not their team get 2 numbers items from a mimics before? If they get an essence it would be perfect for the sailor as well.
yep though remember, the essence has to come out for mimics to drop the items, they mentioned that specifically way back when it was first brought up, so its possible they just dont get lucky still, but i imagine theyre gonna get at 2-3 of those 10 potentially
I really appreciate your perspective. It could be what this whole thing is about. Gavrilius can’t find his sister so using his powers or the powers of another otherworlder created an impossible to clear game based on his predicament in the hopes of finding someone to clear the game and could to this reality. And to you paragraph responders please for the love of whatever god use return/enter to break it up so it’s easier to read.
