btw, for those of yall here who read “The Greatest Estate Developer,” theres another manga ive started recently thats set in the same world and has the same artist, and is in the far past of that world, called “What a Bountiful Harvest, Demon Lord” and is a similar type of story, though its based on the rise of the Farming demons we got to see with Lloyd, and given several of yall mentioned Estate Dev, thought id share this one too!

What I actually want to see happen is someone confronting him about why he's such a man-gina. Like actually get him to admit it, and move on. Usually in these novels, they're never tackle this topic and just sverige it as part of MC trope, but this novel is actually written well so they really need to explain.

They can have kids with anyone, but if that person is not a Barbarian, the produced children will be of the same race as the Non Barbarian parent. So, for example, a Barbarian and a Dwarf would have Dwarven kids, a Barbarian and Beastkin would have Beastkin kids, etcAnd we learned in the basement that Barbarians are also likely created as a means to Source their hearts, and that only those who reproduce with their own can produce more Barbarian hearts. So its highly likely that this implanted desire was put there artificially for the purpose of resource production.
i dont think half breeds exist, given that theres never been mention of anything or anyone like that, so i assume it may just be 1 or the other for the other races, and not restricted the way Barbarians are, which, like we theorized before, likely has to do with the Heart and needing 2 beings with the heart to make a new being with th Heart
What if the malignant gene that was extracted from Bjorn not only protects him from the kings control, but also removes this “rule” that doesn't allow half breeds? Maybe Bjorn will become the progenitor of the new halfs species 😄EDIT: I was kinda drunk when I wrote this, so it kinda does and doesn't make sense 😂Anyways, the gist of it is that weird gene in B1 may not only be for submitting to the king. For all we know, Bjorn may not be a ‘true’ barbarian anymore, so many of the current rules of his species wouldn't probably work on him if that's the case.
yeah true, what will Melbes consider a Valid Heir, they are the Non-Human House, so maybe they wont care as long as Bjorn’s kid isn’t human? Which wouldnt limit Bjorn as much, but they may also want his house to remain Barbarians, which would HEAVILY limit Bjorn if thats the case

i mean, technically she WAS gone long enough, but also she was gone TOO long, if Misha already had his kid, she would have potentially done so while with Baek Hoo, and that would then imply that Baek Hoo Still had their kid with him and i feel like if such a kid existed, she would have fessed up when she was confessing with the magic item in the basement, panicked, and insisted they go get them, so its pretty certain that Misha Did Not have a child, since she directly told bjorn that she wasnt hiding anything else and was under the magic effect at the time and could not lie. As fun as an idea that could be, i would be genuinely shocked if that suddenly was revealed, since there was zero set up for such an event
And baek-ho would definitely use that child as leverage, 100%, seeing as he’d consider the baby an NPC and not deserving of real respect. Even still, not like he really respects Hansoo-hyung, he just tries to manage him and manipulate him into a favorable direction. So a child in that scenario would have no safety and be the ultimate bargaining card, especially given Hansoo's position on family and childrearing (given his own history)
absolutely, and even in the case that the child didnt live long and passed, so Baek Hoo doesnt have them, then Misha would have still been forced to reveal it in the basement while under the truth effect. So theres no way i can see it happening from the one time they slept together back then.
