Ok this is interessting. This means he can’t ever again use Transendece with iron fortress. Because it would give him a mess of abilities that can’t work properly because he can’t hit the armor thresh hold.Still, very interessting way to corrupt Transendence.
Holy smokes that’s a wild tradeoff. No more boosts to passives, which we’re critical for both V1 and V2 of the shield barbarian, but now all his active skills are gonna be nuts, which includes the Stakes ability. Even assuming each active can only be enhanced permanently once (which is the only reasonable assumption imo), that I think solidly cements him as immortal while Stake is active. Swing and the Stormgush vortex are also gonna be wild for CC and Damage. He’s probably an S tier all rounder in melee, with SSS+ survivability now as long as his active abilities aren’t sealed.
I think it’ll work just how you outlinedI also hope this combo permanently changes his storgush active to a single target pull – he’ll finally have a real CC for those slippery enemies with high agility
I feel like bjorn is becoming a little too op, like with immortality, why even need teammates. I hope this doesnt become a solo mc story where he carries the entire team with his ridiculous ability synergy that he got just from luck
It enhanced his passive skills by 1.5 times, so multiply the below by 1.5:He has:
– ogre: physical resistance x2 and an additional 2x for slash attacks
– storm gush: increased regeneration from seawater contact
– vol-herchan (the big one): 50% reduction to aura attacks, 50% reduction to piercing attacks, and further stages of stacking dmg reduction
– deep sea giant: reduces MP cost of gigantification by half, increases highest state by 1.5 times (and further unreachable stacks)There’s also the essence of tears passive, but that was acquired after transcendence was sealed
I should say, those are the essence passives that would get enhanced via transcendence. He has other passives from his other essences, but they dont have value increases (ie. the bellarios passive that accumulates stats from defeating lvl3+ monsters)
that would also mean that using gigantification with transcendence endlessly, at some point in time he would be too big. Kinda neat. He will probably not figure that part out now tho.
I was thinking it might be a one-time permanent enhancement… maybe? As in it can’t be used to further enhance an already enhanced/corrupted active… but we’ll see 🙂
No, I believe the skill now has this new effects for always. Meaning he can’t use Gigantification ever again, if he isn’t in an open space or he will get burried under a falling building.
