I think it’s something else – the Vice Commander was trying to keep the Royal fam in the dark on their plans – if they moved from the wall, the Royal fam would notice. Plus, right now, Orcules is leading Noark, and their primary mission is to overthrow the Royal family

sure he put in place the system that help them but only after years now he discovered that they are living better lives . my problem with him is not only about financial aid that he could have give its also that he didn’t care enough to even check on them ONCE . don’t misunderstand me i am the type of dude that hate virtue signalling i aint saying that everyone who has the possibility to help someone HAVE to help im saying if you do decide to do it do it right and see till the end . i know that he was busy personally but he could have done multiple things to keep up with the situation
Much of that time he was in the past, and a lot of time passed when he warped back to the present. Remember, he came through something like 9 months later than Amelia, who was in the past with him.
I hear you – they really were at the last place in his mind, hence why Jingjing gets all the props. Even with the time skip, he’s not so altruistic to donate to them without any benefit, especially if it hindered his exploration funds
I have the same feeling. I vaguely remember that when the ghost servers were still up that Noark was experiencing some problems beyond the wall. It’s likely why the royal family didn’t try to take over. As we all know, this world was based off a game that otherworlders played, beat and then were transferred to this world. I wonder if Rigardo is a “game developer” that was there to patch a glitch in the basement levels. Now someone else on the dev team spawned beyond the wall to patch the glitch of direct access to the lower floor as well and another lower level dev warned them to return back beyond the wall.
i think your logic is backwards there, this isnt a world based off the game, the game was based off this world and was directly created By Gavis himself, as a means to fulfil the records we know of. Thats been told to us, Gavis admitted to making the game himself, if theres a “Dev Team” they would more likely be for the Labyrinth, Raphdonia and this world, rather than the game. Since the game was just a recruitment tool for Evil spirits, and likely was just the form that Gavis chose for Earth, and we do know there are other world evil spirits also, we havent really met them properly, just know they exist, and i assume, if those worlds are different from Earth and dont have the same tech, or means, or other stuff, then the method of how they got to Raphdonia is likely also different from Earth’s video game method of transport.As for Ricardo possibly being a dev or admin of the Labyrinth, that could still be possible, its hard to say honestly, since alot of entities in the basement were normal Bosses but there were also two admin level entities that Bjorn met, so i could see Ricardo being a high level entity in that regard also, maybe one with a more violent tendency, with a wish to the Witch somehow being to be able to rampage and rage as he wishes, and rest the rest of the time, and in doing that, fulfils some form of purpose.
