I concur. This was a massive dropped ball by the author. I would expect something like this from the 3rd floor but the 5th? And a rift at that? Instead we get hammer lie detector.
Could be less interesting, or just tangentially interesting – we’ve yet to see how it pans out so I’d say it’s a bit too early tor judge. Would have been a neat mechanic for sure if it was a system kill based off participant voting, but that too would have varying levels of interesting depending on the mechanics, imoI’m not mad at the assissination route, turns this more into a whodunnit, and Bjorn has great track record with those (round table, ice rock, anti-plunderering).

What other organization? I don’t remember at all another organization being mentioned that uses this poison which Bjorn also doesnt know about.
