  1. Here we were thinking โ€œClosed Doorsโ€ were about Bjorn and Misha, when it really was about the community closing downโ€ฆ

    1. if we look at everything happening, theres alot of doors and options that previously remained that are closing to Bjorn now honestly. Theres the doors to Bjorn and Mishaโ€™s hearts seemingly getting closed, the community being closed, any chance at potentially working with the royal family has been potentially made more difficult and closed off alot of options now that Saintred was taken out by the Chief and Bjorn, the doors on Saintredโ€™s life have potentially closed. I think this is going to potentially be a major turning point for Bjorn. In that, seemingly things are about to kick into high gear, The Chief is returning to the City and society after thousands of years who knows what plans he wants to carry out as he can potentially enter the palace secretly after he leaves here, the royal family has some kind of intense plans for the basement we still dont know much again, The Gods are deciding to become active again, with the intervention of Leatlas, and Karuiโ€™s heart coming into play, theres STILL the war with Noark going on topside we cant forget, I know it hasnt been mentioned in ages cause of the Basement but last we know of, the War is still ongoing. So War, No Community, Secret Ancient Agent in the Palace, the Active Return of the Gods, Potentially Gavis has some heavy hand in all this as well, cause there was brief talk that he could be out there with Noark. I think the Moment Bjorn leaves the basement, everything is going to explode. Theres alot of important info being thrown around, and alot of things happening that have, up to now, been consistently stable mostly. The Door to this period of time is ending. And the start of a New Era in the world of Dungeon and Stone may be about to start.

      1. Very insightful, as usual. And youโ€™re not wrong, I guess I mostly donโ€™t believe that the Bjorn-Misha door is closed, especially seeing Bjorn's reaction to Amelia. Just like he was with Misha many times before, sorting out touchy stuff with her has always been a procrastination, but circumstance weeds it out. I feel like it woukd be the same. But your right, in that maybe this truly is a closed door that might just open up again (rather than it remaining open the whole time). Also very poetic – the end of an Era :P. Also not wrong – whatever happens topside, things will never be the same as they were before. News and treasures of the basement post-royal-expedition, the end of the secret evil spirit meetings, the continued rise of the barbarian tribe, and all other things. Iโ€™d forgotten about the Noark war tbh – especially since they went outside. Maybe Baek-Ho can shine some light on this if he and Bjorn donโ€™t dish it out.Iโ€™m actually kind of concerned now how the tribe is doing without Bjorn – he left while it was in transition

        1. tbh, we may not get a return to the basement for a while after Bjorn leaves. if weโ€™re right, and things are about to go haywire outside, depending on the state of the war, the tribe, and other factors, Bjorn may decide that theres no time to enter the basement and stay for extended periods of time. It also would mean leaving Chief Saintred behind in the city, and anything he may do, Given that time passes in the basement, it could be risky to return during the potential coming chaos, though maybe the opposite will happen, and instead we will see Bjorn attempt to ferry a large number of people into the basement, as a method of protection, to keep them isolated from the war and other possible dangers. Everything is a little up in the air. its like standing on the edge of a cliff that could fall away from under us at any moment. im looking forward to more.

          1. I wouldnโ€™t be mad if we donโ€™t come back here tbh. It's interesting with all the wackiness, but I want to know about the barbarian real estate project. Lol, iโ€™m actually really invested in that bead. Like will it continue to help raise the barbarian society in terms of wealth, and what effect will that have on their culture and stature amongst the other races. I feel like the humans may start to question if the tribe might become a threat as they gain socioeconomic power. Maybe some of the noble might band together to try something sly, hoping to skirt around Bjorn. Maybe even the Royals, and Saintred can give him a heads up. Will it pave way for alliances with other races, now that the tribe has something to offer? Will we see barbarian real estate agents? Lmao imagine a โ€œBarbarian Re/Maxโ€ ๐Ÿช‚

          2. yeah, i think the basement is fun, but i do think its time for it to be shelved for a bit, and its overall structure makes me feel like its going to come back later for another longer arc, like imagine if, couple hundred chapters from now, somehow gets shunted down to basement F2 after an encounter with auril gavis or some other high level person, who sends him down there or elsewhere, we know gavis gave Noark direct access to like the 7th or 8th floor, i forget which it was, so we do know that its overall possible, but for now, the outside has too much happening

  2. From ch.344 when Bjorn revealed the GMโ€™s name:

    โ€˜Itโ€™s not like Iโ€™ll die if I canโ€™t participate in the community.โ€™

Just a reminder that Bjorn doesnโ€™t consider the community as sth vital seeing how he risked being banned.

  3. Say what you want, even if Erwin is a bit crazy, she is also crazy adorable as well. Dated a girl with the same reaction once, hiding her face, blushing, she is also really Submissive towards the one she loves. 10/10 unicorn grade, wife material.

    1. Lmao, until the yandere in her comes out. Crazy can be attractive in some senses though ๐Ÿ˜‹Canโ€™t imagine sheโ€™d be happy with a harem route, at least until they deal with her obsession stat. Then again, Bjorn also admitted that heโ€™s traditional and canโ€™t imagine himself with more than one woman. If it was up to him, theyโ€™d probably stay in this ambiguous relationship for the rest of their lives

  4. well fuck. No more Community. theres 2 people/group that could be caused by then, The Royal Family, who we know has ties to the GM or Auril Gavis, who we also know gave the position of GM to him years ago. So either the Royal family is pushing to shut down access to the basement and community fully, stop anyone except those they trust from going down and getting stronger or the spread of information that enables faster growth, Or Gavis has some reason he wants to kill the spread of information and community access. Personally, i think the royal family is the culprit but damn this timing sucks. theres so much Bjorn could learn and do with the round table, theres the new members, exploiting the Clown more and more, Baek Hoo will only be able to be contacted in the city now if Bjorn and him wanna talk at all, which is much riskier, as then the connection between the two could be found out. Theres also his Ex, what happens to her now. Bjorn knows who she is, but will he feel safe talking to her outside the community?

    1. Interesting, I always thought the royal family had no influence over the Ghostbusters community, as it was designed only for evil spirits. They could exert pressure on the GM, but didnโ€™t he just inherit the operations of the community? Considering he canโ€™t even infiltrate the round table fully (he sent the Queen), or identify ppl, I assumed his power over the community was limitedThereโ€™s also another option: it was mentioned some time ago there were other evil spirits from another world – maybe that could factor into this as well? The ones who helped Auril Gavis create the community (unless that story bead relates back to Hansoo's involvement – I canโ€™t remember). That asideโ€ฆ maybe thereโ€™s something that can be done to preserve the community and overturn the shutdown? I mean, is it really set in stone? Bjorn just overcame a whole friggin possession plot and turned a dangerous enemy into an ally, I wouldnโ€™t rule out his ability to exert his influence over this just yet

      1. i mean, i dont think the royals have direct influence over the community, but they do have influence over the GM, and he seemed like the type to want to live no matter what, so if the royal family threatens in the right ways, he could just cave to their desires, its really hard to tell, and yeah, from what we know, he was given the authority by Auril gavis, it was mentioned and talked about in the record fragment arc some, and i assume that power of his is limited to simply whether the community can open, and the exact shape it takes to those who visit, cause from comparing the past version we saw and the modern one, it seemed like the only things the GM really changed was the settings of the things people could do and exact manner things appear to the players, like the computer tabs for example, with there being mention of the refund tab being added, So absolutely the GM has limited power over the actual events that happen in the community from what weโ€™ve been shown, but the actual shape of the community? it being a forum and chatrooms, seems to have been created by the GM, with the basis of it being the room we saw Gavis and those white masks in for the original round table meeting in the past of the record fragment. Though also, if weโ€™re talking about the authority to control and do things in the community, we have something else important to consider. While yes the GM was given some authority by Gavis, a large segment of authority was also placed into the Truth Gem of the the round table. Remember Gavis could perfectly replicate soda and other things before the truth gem, and then everything became shadows of what they were after he made the gem, so there must be some authority wrapped up in the gem itself, granted to it in a similar way as the GM was granted authority potentially. So if we look at it from an authority side of things, maybe this happened cause the Royals figured out some way to seize the authority from the GM, or seal it, or some other way to abuse that, or maybe Gavis is reclaiming his authority from the GM and the Gem for some plan of his. and as for Bjorn, i honestly do hope he finds some way to prevent this or revive the community later, cause its really fun to see the round table every time, and i love the characters and all the intrigue it brings

        1. True say, I overlooked some of the GM's accomplishments with the community. Maybe does have the power to shut down its operation, on his own or after being coerced.I do like the idea of other Founders having a play, since that would be a neat story element addition, but it might be less likely. I donโ€™t know if there even are other Founders, or if the clues about the community's co-creators (along with โ€œthe masterโ€) being otherworldly evil spirits were in reality, a story bead of Bjorn's time travel influence. I like the idea of the Founders though, as it would mean there are other beings possibly at the same level as Gavis (unless they died).I hope they keep the round table tooโ€ฆ fun fact, there have been 19 round table iterations weโ€™ve seen thus far (including the 4 iterations in the past, and the empty one early on during the attack on Noark). If this one is the last, itโ€™ll end on 20. (I sure hope having all this useless info pays off one day, lmao)

  6. My guess is that this a royal family play.

I suspect ghostbusters will be down for a while, maybe the rest of this arc or throughout the next, and will reemerge with a further developed plot. We will wait for epic misunderstandings pertaining to the lion. Theyโ€™re absolutely going to think that the lion brought ghostbusters back from the dead for his entertainment.

  7. So a couple things with this:

[Refunds for GP purchased with real money can be requested through the newly opened refund inquiry tabโ€ฆ]

This is sketchy as hell. I wonder if the GM is currently captured by the royal family and trying to flush out who people of the community are through the use of the refund policy.

    1. Also the Round Table could flush out/ threaten the GM to reestablish the world server because Bjorn has already name dropped him. I would be interesting to see how the community of players react when their only source of safe and secure communication is taken from them and if information spreads about the identity of the GM. Wonder how Gavis will react.Corpse would have told the higher ups of Noark who the GM is already. Will they try to invade from the outer walls in retaliation.

She knows Bjorn just lied to her face but is letting him come to terms with it on his own. Sheโ€™s kinda like his big sister or wise female mentor

          2. Lol legit. And she spared him mainly (at least initially) due to the โ€œbarbarianโ€ in her pastโ€ฆ which turns out to be Bjorn anyway (a la record stone). Forget causality paradox ๐Ÿ˜‹

    2. mentioned in a comment up above, but the royals could have decided to crack down on evil spirits finally, they know about the GM and had been tacitly accepting the community so far, so if something major happened outside and the cause was perceived as being the community by the Royal family, then they could have decided it wasnt worth the risk compared to the potential gains

    1. also they may have just finally decided to crack down on evil spirits, we dont know whats happening outside tbh, so if something happened that triggered the royal family to decide that they cant tolerate evil spirits, even on the downlow, that could be a major factor here. Maybe Baek Hoo did something major in the city we dont know about, or some other evil spirit like the Clown or someone else. im sure weโ€™re likely to hear a fuck ton of info at this round table, given its seemingly going to be the last one, and there the Queen, who has ties to the GM, and hopefully we can hear more from her on the why this is happening, I wonder if the GM was taken hostage.

        1. unless the GM gained new info, i doubt hes against Gavis specifically at all, given how respectful he was in the past when given the authority, and just the overall demeanor the GM displayed in that interaction was like, almost fanatical in my eyes. as for the rest, they absolutely could be a big factor.
