tbh good call, i didnt think it had to do with a power source, but it does make me think that Gavis has the ability to add more power or fuel or whatever, so maybe he plans to swoop in and demand control or cooperation in return to allowing the community to remain, or its like someone else mentioned last chapter, and he decided the community no longer has any use, since he knows Bjorn is the one heโs looking for, and is now recalling what was his, and discarding what he doesnt need.
yea gavis can probably fix it also maybe the immortal sage like he was talked about by the goblin saying it was a prophecy that he would come back but we have not seen or heard him do anything
honestly not really but why did i never think of that lmao the only reason i dont think its true because wouldnt the god tell the goblin there the same person also another thing i believe is that misha might be hiding her strength before this chapter she was able to hide from ameila and erwin but now it feels like she not that strong when it comes to dps maybe because shes not talked about much when fighting?
Hmmm. I think Misha is highly optimized to the extent that leebaekho and bjorn both recognize her archetype as a high-tier one. It could be lack of focus, as you said, or it could potentially be that she shines over time as her abilities begin stack. There could some unknown mechanism as well, which I highly suspect.
I think Misha is strong, but the others also got much stronger during this expedition too. Also, remember Misha is a close range dealer, and they already have a lot of that on the team via Amelia and Aynar too – though Aynar is moving to mid-range with spear arts, so maybe Misha might get to shine more. I do wish we get to see the Barbarian Beyblade mode again with Amelia and Misha, but iโm sure Amelia would slit Bjorn's throat in his sleep if he ever did that again.
tbh. I just had a bit of an out there thought. But one that i think is worth considering. So. we saw a glimpse of an old man watching over the PC that Hansoo played Dungeon and Stone on, since he was wanting to keep an eye on the one who cleared the original game. They mentioned that all traces and memories associated with the incident would be erased. And the old man, whose name isnt directly mentioned, DOES say that the game is Auril Gavisโ legacy in one line, and in another, mentions that its His legacy. So i think that indirectly confirms that old man as Auril Gavis. But. And this is the key point in what i just thought of. I dont think That old man, who was Seemingly Auril Gavis, is the same one as in Raphdonia. But i do think they are connected. Im wondering if, given there are multiple worlds, we know this, could there be multiple Auril Gavisโ. Could the Immortal Sage have also been a Gavis, His last name is Gavrillius, which seems like an altered form of Gavis, or vice versa, could he have been the Original, most powerful one, who was able to reach beyond his dimension with his magic, and personally, i dont think theyre like a council, but rather, more like a hive mind. What if all of the affected dimensionโs gavisโ are mentally linked, and through this process, They seek to achieve some unknown goal. But it would then explain how Gavis has access to info from all these dimensions, why he can remain so active in Raphdonia without issue, and still be in other worlds, bringing evil spirits over. We dont actually know how many worlds have been targeted and had people brought here, and its possible that the Gavisโ are not all dimensions but only the ones that have been targeted. Like i said, out there theory, but i dont think its impossible either. The gavis on earth mentioned memory erasure, and seemed to imply knowledge of magic, but also just had a calmer, more modern demeanor, even in private, compared to the Gavis we have seen here in Dungeon and Stoneโs world.
Interesting, a multiverse theory – this woukd maje gavis hella powerful, like almost godlike. Well he already is quite mysterious, and we def donโt know the extent of his abilities. We know he can make truth magic not work on a person just like that, as he did with Bjorn, so who is to say what his limits are. Have we seen Gavis in Raphdonia or the Labyrinth? Trying to remember but memory is failing me. This also makes me think of his final goal once more – getting someone to reach the final floor and open the gates of the abyss. What does that actually do? Does that send all the evil spirits home? Does it condemn Raphdonia? Does it allow Gavis access to something? What is his relationship to the witch? Once we understand his goal a bit more, i think weโll have more fuel to dive into and dissect theories around his existence, for sure
I wonder if the device in question is the truth jewel that he created when he created the round table. It worked as a battery of sorts when he turned it over to the GM and burnt up faster from the players using it to confirm truth and lies.
i took that to mean he placed some of the powers that govern the space into the gem in order to make it work, and that limited the powers that he had over the space, hence why the Soda no longer tasted like anything. But also, i cant see any reason why that gem would be the power source, purely because the community space DID exist before the Truth Gem. Bjorn was pulled into it, therefore the power supply must be either elsewhere in the community, in a place we havent seen, or its in the city somewhere, possibly with the GM, possibly with Gavis, no clue on its exact location. But anyways, the truth gem just cant be the power source, its absolutely holding some of the authority of the community and the powers the controller could have, but its still there, if Gavis shows up during this round table, Ill be fully convinced he is there for the truth Gem, but not cause of it being the power supply, but because Gavis wants to take that authority thats maintaining the gem back. If he doesnt show up, i think theres some other reason, but personally, im starting to think Gavis is doing this cause he doesnt need the community anymore, He found Bjorn, the One who completed the original game, and is destined to open the Abyss Gate, and now is turning the community back into whatever kind of space he had it as before it was like it has been.
I also think the source is external. Thereโs a lot of โsimulated spacesโ in this world; ghostbusters using the playerโs memories, the maze as a facsimile of that worldโs history and people, and the game in the โreal worldโ. I think the true nature to all of these will be revealed dramatically by Auril Gavis at some climactic point. In the interim I think we lack too much information. The portal in the basement may yield some interesting related revelations.
Nah, I was on my phone when I received the mail from Patreon ๐คฃAlso, it took a while to write a comment, I'm surprised no one else commented before me tbh
damn one of my guesses were finally correct ill take it lmao
Okay I fully take back what I said about wolf, idk what I was smoking ๐ญ

Cool, cool, cool. Normal chapter, looking forward to when community ends and the next exploration starts!
This Afroluffy was pressing F5 faster than me
It wouldn't surprise me at this point if the spiritual world was just a prototype made by Auril Gavis for the game he created.
