  1. The translator is getting really bad with times and consistency, I will unsubscribe if this continues. Itโ€™s not rocket science to translate a chapter at this point.

  2. Itโ€™s unrelated to this chapter but do you all know how tragic It is the labyrinth is getting sealed after he gets a growth type shield? Unless he gets a massive xp from some outside means (noark, baek etc.)or flees back to basement floor for some reason itโ€™ll be some time before we get more exp so no new shield mode upgrade smh

  3. What's neat about having an unreliable narrator, is that the liklihood of the characters around him knowing him better than the reader is higher than in normal novels. Even though we can see his thoughts, they're unreliable so it doesn't really matter. The characters in the novel are privy to more information about the character than we are as the reader. All of the conversations and interactions they share that we don't get to see for instance.

I talked about this last chapter but the author is definitely setting up Bjorn, and barbarians by extension, to have massive economic growth and power. Rents are going up everywhere so Bjorn is undercutting them. This forces the market to react and lower prices to compete with him without being able to match him. The further away you go the less prices have to stabalize, so rents remain high and unaffordable. This means if people can't afford to live in those places anymore and they hear about bjorn's affordable rents, that will be a catalyst for mass migration. This in turn will mean a necessity for more stores, housing, schools and so on which creates more jobs. If Bjorn can buy a majority of the land, he's already become the wealthiest Nobel in the kingdom, they just don't know it yet.

    1. Youโ€™re correct because the author isnโ€™t going to put real numbers to the rent increases or how much bjorn expects from a down payment.Considering theyโ€™re also writing people as starting businesses, in a depression, yeah iโ€™ll just scale my expectations back alot.Count Alminas deserves a bjorn slave is my stance on this, I doubt plot armor will allow it to happen.
