It might be the case that an evil spirt possessed the king, but I think the most likely thing is that the king is using some power to make it seem like heโs speaking Korean. After all, most people canโt remember what heโs like so heโs probably using some kind of mental power.
So the King was pretty sure that Bjorn was already out of the realm of blood control that every other person is. But in order to prove it, he had to give an order that Bjorn, specifically, would hesitate or refuse to perform. If it was any other order, like prostrating or standing on his head, etc., Bjorn would follow through to hide the fact that he couldn't be controlled.
To be fair Bjorn did take a long time to bow, and he also didnt immediately answer the King about what happened, like Raven did. IMO, that's sus enough to indicate that Bjorn wasnt compelled
Do we know if he is truly Korean? Maybe he's just travelled back and forth like auris gavil. If the king is immortal, it's definitely possible he did that a lotโฆ enough to even live in Korea, if he so wanted, and pretend to be ill.He also could be Korean too, we'll see how it goes
Testing for sure. Likely thanks to the basement trip, he no longer is compelled by the king's command.I cant think of anyone else the โsheโ could be other than Ellis (alice?) Groundia. EDIT: Actually, could also be Reatlas (leatlas) too now that i think about it, but less likelyโฆIt also lends to why Baek Ho may have been entertained as long as he was before he switched sides to Noarkโฆ its highly possible that Baek Ho already knew all about the king and kept it as a secret card. Also, SoulQueens is said to have met the king tooโฆ so it is curious as to whether she knows of his true status as well
Sheโs the Earth Witch. And yeah, Reatlas is a possibility tooโฆ though i initially ranked it lower, as i figured the king might have less to do with the churchโฆ then again, you never know
Finally caught up to the spoiler I saw months ago. Been silent for a reason.
Looking forward to tomorrows chapter.

A switcheroo of epic proportions!

People have only been coming from earth recently, so the King mustโve been possessed in the past few decades
The King was properly testing if Bjorn can defy his voice.
Him being a Young Korean is weird tbh. I am not sure what plot the author is trying to accomplish with that
