I wonder if, when Noark attacked after the detonation, if Domain Declaration was still active – if so, any attacks on anyone would accumulate to Bjorn. This would be a good reason for him not to use Soul Dive to prolong the effect, since it lasts until he runs out of Soul Power.
Also, the visuals of Domain Declaration remind me of the phenomenon outside the walls – i wonder if there is any relation somehow.
Waitttt that could be a really good theory, something along the lines of the earth witch expanding her domain over the whole world in some twisted reasoning of saving the world by taking on all of its suffering or something? And raphdonia is really the last holdout from it fully consuming the world. Could make sense that she is the “great victim”
must have been a cool image to see a giant with wings and horns protect a thousand people against a nuke with a shield. I am guessing the Noark troops advanced after the thunder hit
Next chapter we will be in the enemies pov and be told how they saw what appeared to be a nordic god, with an uneding sword, smasing thunder. Mark those words XD
To be honest, the armors hidden passive isn’t actually that strong – it basically guards against instant kill attacks for 10 seconds – a very good, but not OP, tank ability. Bjorn was just able to chain it with his other abilities to get a massive stacking effect. Still, seems like it comes with some really negative side effects, and it appears that he only has Rotmiller to take care of him atm while he deals with the aftermath
