Also Why would the Marquis want his daughter to marry an evil spirit when he detests them? There must be something with his ex saying not to trust her, and this Marquis/BaekHo situation.
hear me out it could always be the guy who we heard about who has yet to appear this entire time the person of prophecy that could be lee baek ho new team mate because currently i dont think any of the old heros like the kingdom at all
What I enjoy most about their conversation is that I sometimes can’t tell who’s saying what to who because of how similar they are to one another. The banter they have after clarifying it was mistake is a good example.
I wonder if he will notify the Marquis about his meeting with Beak ho and tell him about how Noark won’t move for a year. If he plays his cards right, he could use this as leverage to have the marquis open up the dungeon again.
I actually really love the frenemy back and forth banter and mind games between Bjorn/Hansoo and Baek Ho, it often feels like they are two different sides of the same coin, like their fates are tied together.
Also, that black mage on the wall with the Lighthouse Keeper (i think her name was Liranne Vivian or similar), that definitely was Butterfly – I wonder if that’s who Baek Ho was referring to as an ally… or if perhaps he was referring to someone more mysterious. Or Hyun Byeol? She also wants to go home…
And big revelation that people can’t live outside the walls after all. It’s super cryptic though because the Noark faction have been outside for a good bit… what have they been doing and what did they see? And what will they be doing for a year before they cause trouble again?
The good news is that Bjorn has a year to settle his real estate business, at least he has a timeline and some security, if he can trust what Baek Ho says. That is if he isn’t otherwise occupied

Author has done good in these last few chapters. Hes definitely focused in on what really engages the readers and added direction back to the story.
