If memory servers right, the cop that found mcs room empty but the computer running is likely the person on the other side of the screen. That or the author is doing some breaking the 5th wall thing where that person is us because we are just watching.
Baek ho definitely did that on purpose. The fate stones likely said a character of fate would unlock something if this essence was acquired. Kinda crazy because I was thinking it mid chapter and then this happened at the end of chapter. Apparently Bjorn, by rejecting the essence, unlocked the necessary step.
Isn’t that just Auril Gavis? He was also able to go to that new world Bjorn was sent to for a short while so it would not be improbable if he was able to view a log like that. Especially since he took back his powers from the community.
This guy in front of the computer showed in the very beginning. You can even see him in the manwha.And I think it was mentioned here and there but I can’t say for sure it’s auril gavis. He atleast knows about fate
I think its implied that its Auril/Gavrilius, or at least an incarnation of him. Might be a separate entity that shares the same origin (based on some obscure conversation notes from earlier on the novel) but the implication is there.Also the on screen log is quite nostalgic, we haven’t had any sign of it in over 200 chaps

So every floor boss is a pilgrim as we know and they have secret phases if special conditions are met. If you beat them you unlock something new.
