  1. I have a feeling is that this floor is a one time event thing and will not be available once cleared.

    1. What makes you think that?

      1. because the floor is too broken.. Bjorn always keeps saying the dungeon and stone is a harsh game but this floor gives way too many essences easily. thatโ€™s why i think itโ€™s gonna be a one time thing.

  3. Quick question about the โ€œcrouchโ€ skill. This chapter included the description that after getting damage while using โ€œcrouchโ€ that aynar wod be getting a Stat boost until the end of the Fight.

If i am not wrong Bjorn said some chapters ago that this part of the skill only works if monsters use this skill, no?

    1. Yeah the stat boost only applies when the skill is used by monsters iirc. This does bring up some interesting questions about whether the chief my be able to use some of these monster exclusive Perks for himself though, since hes a dungeon monster now.

    2. Itโ€™s not that monsters gain an extra benefit from using that same skill, he said that Aynar only receives a stat boost in proportion to damage received by monsters. Allied damage isnโ€™t included, hence why he mentioned it couldnโ€™t be exploited in that way(otherwise he would)

      1. Ah okay I thought the stat boost wouldn't work at all when used by non Monsters

        1. It was worded weirdly so I think a decent amount of people think the same

ใ€ŒUntil the end of combat, all the stats increase relative to the damage absorbed while crouching.ใ€

After several tests, I confirmed that the skill itself was identical to the ogreโ€™s.

I had wondered if there might be some differences, butโ€ฆ

โ€˜The resistance and regeneration boosts seem about the same too.โ€™

The effect of stat increase in response to damage taken only applies to monsters, like in the game.

          Probably a monster-only feature.

  4. Dude, Bjorn totally has a high intuition [hidden] stat. Itโ€™s just that his high-level knowledge and algorithmic assessment of situations, combined with our narrative perspective, hide his intuition as a factor. I like that his reputation is known for it.

I love that he caught on, people believed him, and he was right.

      1. He expects everything to go wrong and he is always right because his luck stat is terrible. ๐Ÿคฃ

        1. Hahahahaha, dude, whatโ€™s so funny is that I never considered that! It may not be his intuition stat being high, but that his luck is cripplingly low. Combined with his analytical mind to recognize patterns, he has become appropriately superstitious. In our world that may be inappropriate from natural selection perspective, but here it makes perfect sense. Great thought.

    2. That is an amazing thought. And if im not wrong that โ€œsixth senseโ€ is a stat that can go as high as 6 if im not wrong.

  6. It seems the chief has another card under his sleeve. Well, it doesn't matter, as he said, Bjorn will be stronger next time they meet.

Still, he really was up to no good, the sneaky bastard ๐Ÿ˜

    1. Good thing that Bjorn is an untrustful chonky boi. You canโ€™t lie to the master of fake it till you make it of the round table.Maybe he was going to use them in a ritual of some sorts, as the chief said he needed just โ€œa little more timeโ€ maybe to prepare.
