Gavrilius and Auril Gavis are almost an anagram. It's just missing 1 “a.” Maybe it's lost on translation? Does that mean the white sage is the first otherworlder and he's the one that brought everyone else here? It was already started he was an alien right?
I know a lot of us predicted it way back based on the similarity of the names, standings, and abilities, but it’s nice to finally get some much stronger insinuation that the great sage and Gavis are the same person
So Bjorn has an upgrade bow for Erwin after she had to give back the world tree bow to the elf’s.
Wonder if Bjorn will forgo some loot to the GM to make up for the armor pairing to him.

So there’s a wolf mask cult and the current leader is probably the wolf mask we know, unless he actually sent him back to his “own” world. That would explain why wolf mask is such a D rider for Gavis if Gavis was the reason for the cults following.
I thought it was explicitly stated but if not its been my head Canon since day 0 Auril Gavis is the Great Sage, in terms of power level they fit, the wolf mask from the midnight club also worshipped him.I don't think bjorn is giving any loot up, author has him rolling greed.
